  I am trying to get a little clarification on the chipset matter before
I make the plunge into a Pentium PC as a LW platform. There has been some
discussion of the Intel support chipset requiring the cache disabling to
run Lightwave under WindowsNT.
  I remember reading about some problems with the Intel support chips a
few months ago and I have been trying to find that article with no
success.
  What I was wondering if the support chips in question are the Triton
chipset? I am getting the impression that the Triton chipset is a NEW
chipset, maybe to correct the original chipset problems? I see ads now
for a Triton chipset upgrade and many of the Pentium ads point out using the
Triton chipset on the motherboard as if it is a significant feature.
  Does anybody know anymore about this?
